Festival of Grapes and Wine – Bardolino

The fine Bardolino is one of the best wines of the Veronese province, and it is well-known not only in Italy but also abroad. The Grapes and Wine Festival, which will take place from 29th September to 3rd October 2011 on the lakeshore of the town of Bardolino, is thus a great opportunity to know this wine and the other local food specialities. The Festival is a real must for the autumn months and this year it will be its 82nd edition. The whole town will take part to the festival and, together with booths where visitors will have the chance to taste local food, there will be many events both for children and adults: concerts, music, theatre shows, meetings on wine and exhibitions on oenology. At the end of the festival there will be beautiful fireworks on the water.
